Angels can work with your energy to make humming/colour balls (healing). It is a very simple exercise to do by yourself or within a group and is very powerful.
You make a ball of sound and colour which you invite the angels to fill with their light. Healing balls also contain the possibility of miracles. The love and focus you put into the ball as you add colour and sound enables the angelic forces to connect to the other person through you.
It basically works the same way as chakras, for example if someone had a painful knee you would send a deep blue healing ball.
If someone feels unsafe and you are making an angel safety ball for them, place it in their base centre.
If someone is having an emotional problem you can make a love ball which is pink and send it to their heart.
One reason that humming/healing balls are so effective is that you are holding the focus and attention for some time.
1. You take the colour
2. The chakra you want to send it to and
3. You fill the ball with this colour and humming and send it to the particular chakra, you also ask the angels for guidance and then act intuitively.
Decide who you are sending the ball to and what quality the ball is to contain. Decide on the colour, and if unsure ask for guidance and the fill the ball with the colour you feel most intuitive with.
Close your eyes and rub your hands together to open up the palm chakras and build the energy.
Move your hands about a foot apart until you can feel a sensation of resistance, or tingling, or cold or warmth.
Think or visualise the colour you are using and invoke the angels of colour to work with you.
Hum into the ball and ask the angels of sound to work with you and do this for as long as seems appropriate.
Send the ball to a person or place and picture it being absorbed in to the desired chakra.
When you finish say thank you to the angels
