Hello teachers and friends interested in this area of study. I was wondering if anyone is interested in having a class that's more geared towards positions and correlations between cards? I find that this is where I mostly get stuck with tarot but when I read my play cards I can see a much broader spectrum because I know how the cards work together. Maybe an "advanced tarot" (yes I know I probably would not put myself in that group so maybe another name lol). But for example when you have two cards that make no sense together, how do you interpret that... or like combination of cups...two aces etc.. what do you think? Is it possible?
love to all ina xo

ooooooh watching!
You are so right Ina, it is important to look at the full spread when reading tarot. And, it is most important to create the positions before you even start shuffling. Then you have things like dignities and correspondences (how the cards work together) and starting with a basic knowledge of the suits and what they indicate, oooh, it is all most fascinating.
Of course this is reading tarot and using our intuition works along side these basics.

Right Crystal Rose? And how the major arcana numbers are linked to the minor arcana numbers etc... It's like a whole new door opened there! There's like mini readings within each combination. So much to learn! 😂 You guys who are the tarot professionals... can't you figure out a way to teach us this? Maybe even by pulling cards for a "victim" beforehand on a subjectand letting a class interpret these for the victim with plenty of feedback from teachers. Then we could end with card combinations of specific meaning or why a card may mean different things in past-future positions etc. I think if this was doable we would not only have a great time but students would quickly start to thirst for more and get more in tune with the whole process.... thought? 😊

Hi Ina, We are already discussing some classes on tarot. Probably in my Wednesday class slot (usually at 8pm). I am away this week but can look at trying to quench your thirst a little when I am back. Hopefully there will be some interest among members to learn more about tarot spreads, especially as it can help all card readings whether angel cards or oracle, or playing cards. So if anyone else is interested in this topic for a class, or any other, please post and let us know Of course you can always post questions on the forum too.

Spreads are good to explore when answering questions and or specific subjects in reads as well.
The general feeling beyond the spread is what you work with as a whole as well as reading the cards, separately.
