what looks like an arm or part of a person appearing at ceiling height, why appear like that? lol then slowly move to end of room to fade away. it makes me think that the spirit is very tall and floating up at ceiling height. i think it's to get my attention and it has worked but then im like what's next, i mean ive not noticed anything at dreams or any other spirit activity yet. i cant seem to tap in to what ever this is.
