Hello! i wasn't sure where to post it so I hope it's moved to the proper category. Apollo thank you so much for your patience with me but I still can't access chat. This is what I've tried so far, I registered on this new site in my old name of inaspirit and submitted new password which seems to work. I cleared all cookies etc on numerous accounts. I shut down and restarted iPad. I tried using desktop version. Still, whenever I try to log in to chat it says username reserved and I'm back to log in with password left blank. What more can I do? There must be something I'm missing unless my account is all messed up. Big thanks once again... Ina xo

Your chat room log in is InaSpirit, the name is case sensitive so first letter of Ina is a capital as is the first letter of Spirit. The account was reset with a new password which was given to you in the email from webmaster. It is all working from this end, logging in via the forums and also using the direct url of my.addonchatx.com/0/2335/The account has been tested using IOS, Windows and Android devices. If using an ipod you may need to switch to desktop version on each screen. Have you tried a different browser on the ipad? Gaia uses an ipad and has no issues logging in.

Bummer... I guess I won't be around for a while until I try to figure this out... If there are any tech savvy peeps out there who has any suggestions of what might be causing this I'm all ears and forever grateful. Might just be a setting on my iPad or something...Worst case scenario I might have to change my username. But if you guys can log in on that end I'm sure it's on my end so it wouldn't solve the problem. Thanks again, Ina xo

((( Ina ))) I have just logged in again using the password we sent to you via email. The log in box shows the message, "This username is reserved" as soon as it is entered because it hasn't yet been validated by you entering the password in the box below that. As soon as the password has been entered and you click on the Sign In Tab, it checks and verifies that the password is correct and then allows you to complete the login process and access the rooms. post image

Ok I'm lost lol! I did fill in the password. The screenshot is of what hoppens after I type in the password and hit log in. I activated the account as soon as I got the link Tuesday. It was also successful according to an email. I can log into my account etc just not the chat. I even reset the password to the account and changed my password back. When it comes to chat, I was never able to log in with old or new password... Which box is it that you were referring to? Gosh I so wish I could figure this out quicker so I don't have to take up so much of your time...😳😂

Yes! I think I figured it out! 😜 For some strange reason my chat password wasn't the same as my login. Not sure why. However by resetting the chat password only and changing it back to my login password it worked! I've been able to log into chat this afternoon. Fingers crossed it stays like that...🤞😆
