Hi. Your username in chat is the same as this one, midnightstar - not midnight.star which you have been using in the new chat. If you are using a phone or tablet then you may see a blank screen. If so you need to go into the browser settings and choose desktop mode as per this post Chat Room HelpI hope that helps

I suggest you clear your browser cookies and temporary files or try a different browser, as I have checked all the settings and the username midnightstar works perfectly. I have deleted the extra usernames that you created, midnight.star and midnightstar1 Also when signing in as midnightstar, ensure you click on the sign in button and not the New User Account button. You can sign in directly using this url Chat instead of via the forums.

On that link and via the forum it keeps saying the username is already taken, even when I click sign in.
No idea why it's not letting me sign into chat even when I'm logged into the forum. I'm using firefox, I'll just try chrome see if that works.

Nope, chrome does not like it either and clearing cookies has done nothing, I don't understand this.

I have just logged in as midnightstar at 16:36pm screen shot enclosed. This shows the log in is working. I amended the password and will email it to you. You can change the password yourself when you do login.

Hi again midnightstar, you really need to delete the cookies in your browser.
If you keep getting error messages such as you are experiencing when trying to sign into chat this is generally because the website has stored the error message(s) in the site cookie in the browser settings, and you will keep getting that error message until you delete the browser cookies.
Cookies are designed to allow websites to store tiny bits of data in your web browser and remember various preferences between your visits, helping you navigate between pages efficiently, storing your preferences, and generally improving your experience of a website. Cookies make the interaction between you and the website faster and easier.
Websites store a site cookie in the browser settings which remembers your last login state enabling you to connect quicker as it means the browser doesn't have to physically search for the page you are connecting to.

I hate my stupid computer. Apparently now it thinks I'm trying to create a new account when I tell it log in and it says error creating new account.
My computer is stupid.
I give up.
And I screwed it up even more by trying to reset the password.
