I've been having an odd experience lately. I keep waking up to find this red energy arching or crawling over my body. I don't feel threatened by it, but it does keep waking me up. I wondered if anyone could help me understand what is going on.
I'm sorry in advance if this is in the wrong place I wasn't sure were to put it.

Try asking it to materialize- This might sound really weird but if its got an aura as you say then chances are it will have a form within the aura. If I see colour energy about my house I will ask it to show itself & usually the form manifests within the aura so I can see or sense exactly what it is. Try this and then also try shielding more before you go to sleep. It could be because you are in the state of waking up that you may be still half-open. See if that helps at all. If in doubt, and it does make you feel uneasy, ask for it to stop waking you up and see what happens  If it is a communicative energy, it will respect your request. Trust that it will respect your request. If that doesn't stop, be firm about it and acknowledge it but say you just need your sleep at this time and to suggest to come back at a time when you are ready to open/work. |

Thank you for the suggestions, if it comes back I'll try talking to it. I do shield very well before sleep and I've never really had this trouble before now save for years ago when a spirit came to me.

I wanted to thank you Cindra, when it came again I spoke to it and turns out when I went to Iceland on holiday I brought one of their small folk home with me she is quiet a sweet thing really.

Awww. You are welcome She is a beautiful encounter to behold. Respect her gift and her presence with you and you'll make a good friendship there. Faeries do have a tendency to follow us if they approve of our energy. I've had an air elemental guide that does that and she now helps me with my writing. |
