Is this safe to do and how can people invite them in? If they come will they stay even if they're asked to give some people or pets in the house a bit of space?

Hey Midnight  It all really depends on one's beliefs. I like to feel that angels are around us all the time, they are not invasive, they are not worrying or concerning, so I am sure that any people that don't want them around will not be bothered and that pets will see them as a friend not a stranger, the angelic presence just boosts our energies and invisibly offers us guidance and support and love when we ask for it and need it most. Just ask in your mind and in your heart. Of course you can use things like candles and incense and flowers or perfume, lots of ways to entice specific angels into your life |

Angels are direct expressions of the loving thoughts of God sent to us to watch over us and help us. They are pure love and bring to us only what will help us, guide us, protect us and encourage us to aspire to the very best qualities of our soul.
Everyone has angels watching out for them. Several in fact. Angels are not in the same category as spirit guides. Angels do not incarnate, whereas a spirit guide could take human form again if they chose. There are thousands of angels and some are assigned to you just like guides. They are especially good at comforting you during times of crisis. If you meditate, you may detect them around you. Just send out your thoughts and invite them to join you, and speak to them either orally, or in thoughts, just as you would any living person you communicate with.

I remember a vision I had ages ago, where I was looking out of my bedroom into the hallway (in the vision) and I "saw" a white figure who I thought was maybe a angel, idk which angel, I am still surprised that in the vision as well as Tigger going over to him/her, Ebony went over at the same time as Tigger and seemed happy to have a strange being in the house (normally Ebony takes one look at anything new in the house and runs away, even inanimate objects)
Could what I "saw" in the vision have actually been a angel? Or something pretending to be one?

Midnight, that is so typical of cats, they really so pick up on all kinds of energies and emotions. I feel that because the 'vision' has stayed with you for so long that it possiby has a good meaning for you, your cats seemed happy so perhaps you should allow yourself to remember the experience happily too. Now when cats just stop and stare at space with their fur prickling then that is not an angel lol! But who knows. Apollo that is a lovely description of angels |

A quick and easy well to tell is - if it sits right with you to do so then its right - if it doesn't feel right then its not.
Angels are on higher vibrational of white vibrant energy, functioning in on a very high level of positive energy. But cats are very astute as well, some of them know when an angel presence or spirit vibration is there as they will stare unblinkingly into a space, which does indeed alert you to them being aware of someone visiting.
